Located in the northwest corner of Dallas County with a small area extending into neighboring Denton County, Coppell is widely recognized for its Main Street and surrounding two-acre central park. Saturday Farmers Markets are held at Old Town Coppell. The city is also served by a superb park system, an Aquatic Center, Coppell Community Gardens, and a public library. A big part of why Coppell is a great place to live are its many wonderful neighborhoods. Coppell residents are served by one of three school districts. Coppell Independent School District (CISD) serves the majority of the City of Coppell's children. Its high schools are the highly ranked Coppell High School and New Tech High @ Coppell. The Coppell ISD was ranked as the #1 music program in the United States by the Music Educators Association. It also boasts elementary schools which have all been rated “Exemplary.” Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD serves easternmost Coppell and Lewisville ISD serves the northernmost section of Coppell.
Joey Thomas is a charismatic innovative Entrepreneur who was born in California. With the exception of college at C.C.C.C. and Texas Tech where he was a dual major in Architecture and Business Management he has lived in the North Dallas area for the past 30 years. Joey has a strong background in IT, and eventually created his own IT company. Upon realizing it was more of a hobby than a career he dissolved it and entered the credit repair and mortgage industry with also as a licensed Realtor. Joey is the CEO and Founder of a credit services organization named Home Loan Assistance Program, and he has already helped thousands of people get into houses through his proprietary credit repair program and partnerships with dozens of lenders all over the country. In the past year Home Loan Assistance Program has deleted over 2.2 Million dollars in debt, and has taken over 250 declined home loans and returned them to the corresponding lenders to close. Joey has a few hobbies, he plays golf, recently quit training in MMA, loves to dance, and is a devout Christian. Joey has one kid named Maddie. Only Maddie is a Yorkie he adopted. Joey decided to build his first home at the Shores of Hidden Cove in Frisco, and finally closed in April of 2014. With his passion to help people, he decided to finally take the next step and get his Real Estate license. He went to Champions School of Real Estate in Dallas, and decided his home would be with JP and Associates. Joey currently is one of the most well known young business professionals in Dallas, and is on track to be one of the top Real Estate agents in the Frisco area.
